Let me introduce myself, Gavin Townsend. I’ve been a mobile & gym based personal trainer for the past 2 years. With expertise from previous sports experience & that of 3 years gym fitness instructor background. I have a broad knowledge of exercise & nutrition. In total I’ve been in the industry for the past 7 years.
I have worked closely with a vast variety of clients, from the ages of 12 to 68, disabilities, weight /fat loss, muscle building, sport specific training, athlete & more. One thing I have learnt with my training methods is that no one person is ever the same, so exercise & nutritional programs will need to be tailored to that individuals needs. So whatever your goal, whether it is short term or long term, I will do my very best to help you reach your goal!
I operate 7 days per week & I try to be flexible around my clients. Putting you & your fitness first! So whether you would like to train at one of the gyms I operate from, running track or simply in the comfort of your own home, we’ll work out between us which locations, timings and type of training is suitable for you.
My previous sports experience is from rugby, boxing, athletics & much more. Being involved with sports for so long I’m extremely passionate with what I do.
