Picture a hot summers day, with the sun, gentle breeze, wearing shorts and t-shirt with no one in sight… We regularly train people at an Olympic Sized track based in Redditch but we’re also open to using other tracks near you.
With track training, you might automatically assume this is just running. Here we have a small list of the types of exercise we cover generally in any location but especially at the running tracks:
