Exercise from the comfort of your own home

Home training allows you to have the exercise you wish to do from the comfort of your own home. Whether it will be in your garage, home, garden, or your local park, the training will be flexible and suited to your requirements and needs.

I possess my own mobile gym; here is a list of most of the items I possess;

Many people assume to have a great effective work out, you must have a lot of fancy expensive equipment, however just by picking up a pair of dumbbells or simply using a medicine ball you can create hundreds if not thousands of effective exercises!
